Job Summary
We are actively seeking a Hospital Sales Executive to be stationed in Lagos and Abeokuta. Our mission involves a dynamic and motivating goal to enhance family planning initiatives and combat HIV/AIDS in Nigeria through strategic social marketing, promotional activities, and the efficient distribution of our products.
Oversee and manage critical client relationships while driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute comprehensive account plans tailored to each major client’s unique needs and business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to align internal resources with client requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistent performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to address deviations, fostering long-term growth and profitability. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align account strategies with broader organizational goals, securing executive buy-in for key initiatives. Maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability in all interactions, ensuring clients receive exceptional value and service excellence.
Diligently manage the designated territory by cultivating strong professional connections with healthcare providers and customers, thereby ensuring consistent and reliable product distribution while maintaining an updated and accurate roster of accounts.
Consistently visit hospitals, clinics, maternity homes, PPMVs, pharmacies, supermarkets, convenience stores, and individual providers to confirm the availability of our products.
Responsible for meeting monthly sales objectives and ensuring timely cash collection.
Diligently execute the organization’s medical detailing program within your designated area, providing healthcare providers with comprehensive education on family planning and the full spectrum of contraceptive options.
Daily, execute a predetermined number of outbound calls, ensure coverage across all designated distribution channels, meet established sales objectives, and merchandise products in strict accordance with organizational policies and quality benchmarks.
Compose and distribute detailed field sales reports, complete with accompanying photographs, to relevant stakeholders.
Serve as the intermediary between the organization and healthcare providers while driving sales and distribution goals, along with medical detailing initiatives. Develop the capabilities of providers, assess their training requirements, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Developing and enhancing the organization’s reputation across designated working regions and territories.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with proven experience in project management, preferably within a software development or IT environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, including expertise in methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) being highly advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or Biological Sciences is required for this position.
With a minimum of four years of medical detailing experience gained within a multinational pharmaceutical organization, candidates must meet this foundational requirement.
Expect regular travel throughout the assigned territory as a core component of this role.

Accomplished presentation, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
