NRC Nigeria is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Partnership Intern to support our operations at the Country Office in Abuja.

The intern will assist the Partnerships unit by providing support in the daily coordination and management of NRC’s partnerships and relationships with local implementing partners.

This position offers a valuable chance to develop expertise in partnership management, donor compliance, and humanitarian program implementation within NRC.

Oversee a diverse range of duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive performance improvements across departments. Serve as a primary liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and fostering collaboration. Develop and enforce policies to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Monitor progress through regular assessments, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth. Facilitate seamless coordination and information exchange between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and collaborating implementing partners to ensure alignment, clarity, and efficiency in shared objectives.

Support the coordination of partner meetings, selection procedures, and workshop planning initiatives.

Prepare meticulous meeting notes and ensure diligent follow-up on assigned action items to maintain project momentum and accountability.

Build and sustain productive partnerships to foster collaborative working relationships.

Documentation and Filing: Responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records, ensuring all documents are properly filed in accordance with company and regulatory standards. This includes preparing, updating, and managing files, as well as verifying their completeness and accessibility for future reference or audits. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in office software are essential to fulfill these duties effectively.

Help maintain accurate filing and archiving of partnership documents to ensure proper organization and accessibility.

Assist in maintaining and enhancing partnership trackers, templates, and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure all documentation, including agreements, reports, and assessments, is systematically organized and readily available for review.

Assist in gathering all necessary documentation from collaborating partners.

Provide comprehensive assistance in compliance oversight and regulatory reporting duties.

Provide support in managing and monitoring partner reporting deadlines and submission timelines to ensure timely compliance and accuracy.

Responsible for conducting preliminary assessments of partner-submitted reports to ensure all required information has been included.

Additional Information:
