Purpose
Responsible for implementing automated business processes with the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom connectors—to enhance operational efficiency across departments by delivering scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with broader company initiatives, fostering cross-functional synergy. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining cost efficiency. Design, construct, and implement automated workflows with Power Automate to optimize efficiency by reducing manual tasks and approval processes.
Design and develop tailor-made connectors in the Power Platform to enhance application functionality and facilitate seamless integration with external systems.
Design and refine SQL queries to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse data sources.
Develop and oversee REST API integrations to seamlessly connect Power Platform solutions with external applications.
Implement automated workflows for desktop applications using technologies such as Selenium and Power Automate Desktop, particularly for legacy or non-API-enabled systems.
Leverage Power Apps and Power Automate to develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces by implementing FX formulas and advanced query logic.
Design bespoke business solutions leveraging Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to meet organizational requirements.
Design and develop intuitive, responsive interfaces that meet specified business objectives and user needs.
Develop and administer SharePoint lists and libraries while seamlessly integrating them with Power Platform applications and automated workflows.
Responsible for managing and updating document libraries, overseeing permission settings, and ensuring metadata structures remain accurate and organized.
Partner with various departments to collect and assess requirements, confirm business needs, and implement customized solutions.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions and ongoing assistance to end-users to ensure proficiency with deployed solutions.
Ensure adherence to established organizational protocols governing data management, security protocols, and application lifecycle governance throughout all processes.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, user guides, and change logs to ensure clarity and completeness. Regularly monitor existing automations and applications to assess performance and reliability, identifying any issues that may require attention.
Refine and enhance the product iteratively in response to user feedback and shifting business needs.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, along with a proven track record of success in similar roles. The ideal applicant will possess the necessary qualifications, including a degree in a related field or equivalent professional certifications. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as the role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly desirable.
Candidates must hold a university degree in any discipline and demonstrate 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Proven expertise in SQL and related data query languages is required.
