Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Educator to instruct and ready domestic staff, including nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers. The preferred applicant will conduct dynamic, hands-on training sessions that empower participants with the essential skills, professional conduct, and employment standards necessary for success.
Oversee and execute all day-to-day tasks essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes. Develop and maintain efficient workflows, optimizing processes for improved productivity and quality. Monitor progress and performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance decision-making. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating clear communication across departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while upholding the highest ethical standards. Contribute to long-term planning by identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and broader organization.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored specifically for domestic staff, including nannies, housekeepers, caregivers, and other related roles.
Deliver dynamic classroom lectures and hands-on practical training sessions to foster an interactive and effective learning environment.
Evaluate trainees’ progress systematically and deliver actionable, growth-oriented feedback to support their skill development and performance improvement.
Develop educational resources, including training materials, instructional guides, and assessment instruments.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React or Node.js, is required. Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions.
