Brief Description

We are responsible for documenting all installation tasks and managing the transfer of engineers between assignments.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to streamline workflows, resolving operational challenges, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, the position requires managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and reporting key metrics to senior leadership. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with excellent communication and leadership capabilities, is also required.

Responsible for managing all store-related entries and postings within Microsoft Dynamics AX, including Installation Jobs and Engineer transfers.

Conduct regular account reviews and reconciliations to verify warehouse balance accuracy.

Accurately prepare and process both transfers and journal entries to maintain precise financial records and ensure compliance with established accounting standards.

Conduct daily reporting and oversee store operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of pending deliveries and sales orders.

Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between retail outlets and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive operations.

Ensure all transactions are meticulously recorded and documented with accuracy.

Ensure all posted transactions are systematically organized and filed on a daily basis.

Assume IMS responsibilities, which include reporting unsafe acts, conditions, or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills, engaging in incident reporting and investigations as required, and strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
