Since our inception in 1998, we have been facilitating seamless connections between members and healthcare providers. Our industry-leading 17-year track record has cemented our reputation in Nigeria, establishing us as the preferred HMO for over 270,000 members, more than 270 corporate clients, and various government institutions.
THT boasts one of the most expansive networks of independent healthcare providers, comprising over 500 private and 1,550 THIS-accredited clinics and hospitals across Nigeria. Recognizing the critical importance of this network to our members’ well-being, we rigorously monitor service providers and ensure timely payments for their services. This dedication to professional and financial support has earned us the trust of most hospitals and clinics nationwide.
Today, THT stands among the few HMO’s in Nigeria backed by an international partner, holding a 51% shareholding by Liberty Group—a forward-thinking pan-African institution specializing in insurance, investments, and financial services.
Through our partnership with Liberty, we have developed a robust administrative and technological framework, enabling us to deliver seamless and efficient services to our members. Additionally, we have broadened our product offerings to include solutions benchmarked against global standards.
