About the Role

The Sales/Customer Service Executive will manage incoming inquiries, cultivate relationships with potential clients, assess their immigration requirements, and effectively transform leads into completed sales.

Additionally, you will nurture existing leads through consistent follow-ups, uphold clear and professional communication, and ensure clients receive precise details regarding our service offerings.

The preferred applicant demonstrates enthusiasm, strong powers of persuasion, and a results-oriented mindset.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including the strategic planning and execution of projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve defined goals, fostering collaboration and driving productivity through clear communication and delegation. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency, while maintaining adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards. Provide regular performance evaluations and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth and retention. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring sustained success and scalability of initiatives.

Spearhead the cultivation and conversion of high-quality leads through strategic outreach and follow-up initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and maximizing conversion rates.

Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits with professionalism and efficiency.

Engage with potential clients by nurturing relationships and promptly addressing their inquiries to successfully convert leads into revenue-generating customers.

Analyze clients’ requirements and deliver precise details regarding visa services.

Achieve monthly sales targets while consistently monitoring performance metrics.

You will oversee and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role requires building strong, trust-based connections with clients, addressing their needs promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of interactions, track client feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this position.

Prepare proposals for sales, outline service details, and draft follow-up correspondence.

Assist with marketing initiatives by offering constructive feedback and strategic insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Assist with both digital and physical marketing initiatives as needed.

Documentation & Reporting: Responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely submission of all required reports. Duties include compiling data, preparing detailed documentation, and verifying information for completeness and compliance with established standards. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in relevant software tools are essential for this role.

Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and sales developments throughout the engagement process.

Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly reports to the Sales Manager on designated timelines.

Daily maintenance and updates of CRM and lead-tracking systems are required.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with a demonstrated track record in sales, customer service, or telesales.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in diverse settings.

Proficient in interpreting and articulating complex details with clarity and precision.

Demonstrates exceptional follow-through and a proven ability to finalize agreements.
