Required: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably within a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Django, or React is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings. Prior involvement in full-stack development or cloud computing projects is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of three years of experience in background verification, HR compliance, or comparable positions is required.
