Full-time instructional duties will be conducted in accordance with the Nigerian British Curriculum framework.
Develop and assess comprehensive lesson plans to ensure educational objectives are met effectively. Analyze and evaluate student progress and instructional strategies to identify areas for improvement and enhance learning outcomes.
We rigorously evaluate and annotate notebooks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards, providing constructive feedback where necessary. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assess content against predefined criteria. Responsibilities include reviewing entries for clarity, correctness, and compliance, as well as documenting observations and suggestions to support continuous improvement. Collaboration with team members may be required to align on grading parameters and address any discrepancies.
As needed, collaborate with parents to address inquiries, provide updates, or facilitate communication regarding student progress or concerns.
A preference is given to candidates residing in the vicinity of Agee, IKEA, or ICU.
