We are in search of a proactive and performance-focused Sales Executive to strengthen our team based in Victoria Island. This position plays a critical role in advancing our sales strategies, cultivating robust client connections, and advocating for our comprehensive range of cloud solutions.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical tasks, including managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with established policies, coordinating multiple projects, and fostering collaboration across departments. Lead and mentor teams to optimize performance, drive innovation, and maintain high standards of accountability. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and achieve organizational objectives. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data insights, and report progress to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, address operational challenges proactively, and ensure seamless execution of business goals.

Explore and capitalize on emerging market prospects to grow Near Cloud’s client portfolio strategically.

Design and execute impactful sales strategies aimed at meeting and surpassing predefined sales objectives.

Near Cloud’s offerings will be showcased and advocated to potential clients, driving awareness and adoption of its products and services.

Cultivate and nurture enduring, high-value customer partnerships to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.

Work closely with the engineering team to guarantee that all customer specifications are fulfilled.

Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies continuously to uncover emerging opportunities for growth and innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with web frameworks like Django or Spring is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are necessary, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills are also required to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proven sales experience of at least four years is required, with preference given to candidates with a background in technology or cloud services.

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of cloud computing principles and practical applications.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate skillfully, and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Capable of thriving both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic work setting, with a preference for female candidates to enhance organizational gender diversity.
