Main Purpose

Evaluating project scope, we develop detailed work schedules and accurately forecast the necessary resources and associated costs to ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee a comprehensive range of core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance oversight to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision. Develop and implement policies that enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and align with long-term business goals. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape business strategies, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate potential risks. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and internal protocols while maintaining transparency in reporting.

Develop and monitor program of work (POW) and schedules meticulously to ensure alignment with project milestones and deadlines.

Create and oversee a comprehensive risk register to systematically track and manage organizational risks.

Crafting thorough and meticulously detailed procurement strategies aligned with project timelines.

Developing a comprehensive resource delivery plan that encompasses both materials and equipment, ensuring alignment with the established project schedule.

Facilitating the compilation, documentation, and monitoring of action items arising from periodic project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are present and informed.

Ensuring that the actual project progress aligns precisely with the planned schedule, thereby supporting the execution team in delivering consistent and timely results.

The project’s performance and progress must be communicated to the client on a regular basis, as specified in the requirements.

Conduct an assessment of work schedules to evaluate potential changes or delays and their impact on project timelines, while formulating mitigation strategies to minimize adverse effects on overall scheduling.

Assisting in the enhancement of the Project Management Office (PMO) by optimizing current operational processes and workflows.

Maintain up-to-date Program Trackers, including Action Items trackers, as directed by the program managers.

Performs all other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results while adhering to established protocols. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or quantity surveying, is required, along with professional experience and relevant certification.

Proven experience in project planning, with a minimum of 1–2 years in the field, is required.

Education and Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, proficiency in data analysis, project management, and strong communication skills are essential. Relevant certifications, such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma, are highly desirable. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.

Strong leadership capabilities are essential, requiring the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams toward shared objectives while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Proven ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and negotiate effectively in diverse professional settings.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exceptional proficiency in prioritizing tasks and adhering to strict deadlines is essential.

Effective expertise in overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Experienced professional with extensive expertise in project execution, proficient in utilizing Microsoft Project as a core tool.

Proficient in utilizing scheduling software tools, including but not limited to Primavera and Microsoft Project.

Proficient in understanding the workflows and methodologies associated with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

Proficient in recognizing instances where processes or outcomes deviate from established benchmarks.

Proficient analytical abilities and adept problem-solving capabilities, along with a keen eye for precision and meticulous attention to detail.
