Job Summary

As the Cashier/Front Desk Officer, your responsibilities will include overseeing front desk operations, processing customer transactions, coordinating appointment schedules, and delivering outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The role involves managing a team of professionals, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions. Strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential. Our team seeks a professional who will warmly greet clients, diligently manage appointment schedules, and promptly address customer inquiries with excellence.

Process customer payments efficiently, generate detailed receipts, and ensure meticulous maintenance of accurate transaction records through the use of point-of-sale systems.

Prepare daily sales reports and ensure accurate reconciliation of cash, credit card, and electronic payment transactions.

Requirements

A minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with at least one year of professional experience in cashiering, front desk operations, customer service, or a comparable field.

Demonstrated expertise in point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash management, and fundamental accounting practices.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with outstanding customer service and interpersonal proficiencies, are essential.
