As the primary liaison for customers and B2B partners, you will address inquiries promptly, ensuring swift issue resolution while maintaining exceptional satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will enhance support processes by providing consistent feedback documentation. Candidates must reside within Leak, Ajax, and surrounding areas.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a broad spectrum of operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Implement and monitor processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across all assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and achieve measurable outcomes. Respond to customer queries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, and electronic mail, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.

What They Offer
The compensation package ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 per annum, with adjustments made according to the candidate’s level of expertise.
