A results-oriented and meticulously organized Operations & Business Performance Manager is required to lead daily operations, enhance business processes, reinforce accountability frameworks, and optimize operational efficiency throughout the organization.

The successful applicant should possess demonstrated experience within small or medium-sized business settings along with a history of establishing efficient systems, enhancing operational productivity, and leading teams effectively.

– Execute core duties to drive operational efficiency, including overseeing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
– Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize resource allocation, and support organizational growth objectives.
– Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making processes.
– Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating cross-departmental communication and resolving operational challenges proactively.
– Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards through rigorous audits and process improvements.

Track key performance metrics and develop insightful management reports to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Enhance staff productivity and foster greater accountability through strategic initiatives and performance tracking to ensure measurable improvements in operational efficiency.

Oversee inventory management systems and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Coordinate interactions and manage relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods and services.

Analyze and address operational inefficiencies by diagnosing bottlenecks and developing effective corrective measures to enhance workflow efficiency.

Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing and optimizing existing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist leadership with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Maintain precise and prompt reporting across all departments.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a closely related field is required for this position.

Requires at least five years of hands-on experience in operations management, business administration, or process optimization roles.

Individuals should possess prior experience in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), retail, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, financial services operations, or comparable operational settings.

Accomplished leaders who excel at guiding teams and fostering collaborative environments are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional abilities in directing team efforts, resolving conflicts, and motivating members to achieve shared objectives. Proven experience in overseeing group dynamics, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals is highly valued.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced capabilities in data analysis, spreadsheet management, and the creation of comprehensive reports to support business operations.

Proficiency in creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and constructing comprehensive operational reports is required.

Comprehensive organizational skills and a strong aptitude for resolving challenges effectively are essential.
