Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, the management of cross-functional teams, and the delivery of high-impact projects aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets. Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering alignment, communication, and synergy to enhance productivity and achieve shared goals. Additionally, identify emerging challenges, propose innovative solutions, and maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Assist in overseeing and managing the REAL compliance framework and gender strategy to ensure alignment with regulatory standards, ISO/SMS guidelines, and group requirements, while fostering an ethical, inclusive, and risk-aware operational culture.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or a first-level qualification in Social Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Gender Studies, Environmental/Sustainability Management, or a comparable discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in compliance, audit, environmental, social, and health (ESH), human resources (HR), or gender programs is required.

Familiarity with ISO standards, Environmental and Social Management Systems (SMS), and governance frameworks is advantageous.

A professional certification in compliance, risk management, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), or gender-related fields is highly advantageous.
