Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated Business Development Executive (Mobilization Officer) to spearhead deposit mobilization initiatives and drive revenue expansion.

Oversee critical operational duties essential to the role, including the execution of primary tasks directly aligned with organizational objectives. Facilitate the achievement of departmental goals by performing assignments with precision and adherence to established protocols. Engage in collaborative efforts to support team initiatives, ensuring seamless workflow integration and efficient resource utilization. Address and resolve challenges proactively to maintain productivity and uphold service standards. Participate actively in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and align actions with long-term business priorities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout all operational activities.

Facilitate the expansion of deposit collections and consistently meet monthly performance goals.

Attract and engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, facilitating their onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into our client base.

Formulate and implement comprehensive plans aimed at expanding and maintaining the customer base.

Foster enduring client relationships to uphold retention rates and drive repeat engagements.

Analyze evolving market dynamics and uncover fresh avenues for business expansion.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue generation on a consistent basis.

Ensure strict adherence to established company policies and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

Experienced in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and enhancing deposit acquisition strategies within financial or commercial sectors.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve or surpass established financial objectives.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate successfully, and manage relationships with professionalism and diplomacy.

High level of professionalism and result-oriented mindset.

Professionals ineligible for consideration include those currently affiliated with Commercial Banks.

Candidates must demonstrate a track record of handling verifiable transaction volumes within Microfinance Banks.

Seasoned professionals with a track record of 8 to 15 years in their respective fields are sought after for this role.
