Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Senior Compliance and Audit Executive to lead internal audit functions, enforce regulatory adherence, enhance internal control systems, and advance risk management strategies throughout the organization. The preferred candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, a deep understanding of audit methodologies, and a talent for detecting operational deficiencies while upholding company policies and legal obligations.
Develop and conduct comprehensive internal audit engagements spanning diverse business units and operational functions.
Conduct a thorough assessment of financial, operational, and compliance processes to verify strict compliance with established internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Conduct a thorough assessment to pinpoint deficiencies in controls, inefficiencies in processes, and potential compliance vulnerabilities, then propose targeted solutions to address these issues.
Compile comprehensive audit reports that document findings, evaluate risk levels, and provide strategic, actionable recommendations.
Oversee the execution of audit recommendations and ensure timely completion of remedial measures.
Perform compliance assessments to verify adherence to applicable statutory, regulatory, and industry standards.
We assist in enhancing and strengthening internal control frameworks and governance processes to ensure robust oversight and compliance.
Conduct thorough examinations into instances of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or operational irregularities as needed.
Collaborate collaboratively with department leaders to enhance operational efficiency and reinforce risk management protocols.
Provide support in compiling and organizing documentation and reports necessary for conducting external audits and regulatory evaluations.
Ensure meticulous preparation and organization of audit documentation while strictly safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive data.
Monitor compliance regulations, audit standards, and industry best practices to ensure alignment with evolving requirements and emerging trends.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of four to six years of professional experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or Internal Control functions is required.
Professional certifications like ACA, ARCA, CIA, or other relevant compliance credentials are highly beneficial.
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of audit methodologies, internal control frameworks, and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and advanced reporting tools, is essential for this role.
Analytical acumen, investigative expertise, and proficiency in resolving complex challenges are essential for this role.
Proven expertise in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive reports, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation.
Maintains a strong commitment to ethical conduct, safeguards sensitive information, and upholds the highest standards of professional behavior.
