Full Time Lagos
Lagos
Deadline: 31 August 2026

We aim to address a critical challenge by developing innovative solutions that effectively resolve persistent issues within our industry. Our objective is to bridge gaps in current systems, enhance operational efficiency, and drive meaningful progress through strategic problem-solving and advanced methodologies.

Our ESG narrative lacks the analytical depth and precision that our investors expect. Three critical gaps are impeding our progress.

Governance reporting requires excessive time due to reliance on individuals who pause to investigate information they should already possess.

Environmental Footprint: Current understanding is incomplete, with soil health, water consumption, and input effects lacking standardized assessment at scale.

Social Metrics: Our current approach to smallholder welfare and livelihood data is fragmented, failing to meet the structured expectations of our investors and donors.

We seek an individual capable of autonomously resolving 70% of challenges while designing frameworks that prevent the remaining 30% from recurring.

We require measurable results in the following areas:

Oversee the complete lifecycle of investor and donor ESG reporting, delivering accurate, timely results with full autonomy.

Develop a robust ESG data infrastructure by integrating insights from field operations, finance, and delivery teams—eliminating the need for manual follow-ups.

Formulate environmental metrics based on measurable factors such as soil quality, water conditions, and input resources.

Oversee the monitoring of smallholder welfare, encompassing livelihoods, gender inclusion, and community impact.

Anticipate and adapt to evolving Nigerian ESG regulations and frameworks, including GRI, SAS, and SDG alignment, to ensure ongoing compliance and strategic alignment.

Serve as the organization’s primary source of ESG expertise, providing trusted guidance and solutions to internal stakeholders seeking informed decision-making.

Health insurance encompasses a range of coverage options designed to mitigate the financial burden of medical expenses, including hospital stays, doctor visits, prescription medications, and preventive care services. These plans are typically offered by employers as part of employee benefits packages, though individuals may also purchase them independently through private insurers or government marketplaces. Coverage levels vary widely, from basic policies that cover essential health needs to comprehensive plans that include dental, vision, and mental health services.
