Oversee the procurement and inventory management of office consumables and administrative supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimal stock levels.
Ensure the preparation and maintenance of regulatory and compliance documentation in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, interviews, and company events, while also ensuring the meticulous preparation of meeting minutes.
Manage incoming correspondence, official emails, telephone calls, and internal communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office equipment, verifying that all facilities operate at peak performance levels.
Provide support in organizing travel itineraries, securing hotel accommodations, and coordinating transportation arrangements for both employees and guests.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to address administrative needs efficiently.
Assist with various HR functions, including managing onboarding processes, maintaining attendance records, overseeing staff documentation, and coordinating employee welfare initiatives.
Oversee the management of vehicle assignments, driver timetables, and, as needed, maintenance documentation.
Maintain accurate documentation and secure archiving of invoices, utility bills, and payment requests.
Provide administrative assistance to warehouse, sales, and operations teams as needed to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration.
Maintain adherence to organizational policies, health and safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements diligently.
Handle additional administrative tasks as directed by management.
