Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless workflow, including coordinating interdepartmental activities, managing project timelines, and maintaining compliance with established protocols. Develop and oversee strategic alliances with prospective corporate clients, including both Chinese enterprises and domestic companies.

Perform follow-up engagements with clients, engage in negotiations, and finalize contract signings.

Conduct offline promotional initiatives by engaging in field visits, distributing flyers, and performing on-ground outreach activities.

Develop and nurture a steady stream of new client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Job Requirements

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is highly desirable. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities is critical. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

With a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in Business Development or Sales, with a strong preference for candidates possessing B2B experience.
