Operate, configure, and maintain CNC machines to fabricate high-precision components in accordance with engineering specifications, established quality benchmarks, and production timelines.

Program and operate CNC machines in accordance with technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precise setup and execution.
Review and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and provided work instructions to accurately determine project specifications, measurements, and procedural guidelines.
Evaluate machine operations and calibrate settings to maintain optimal product quality standards consistently.
Conduct thorough inspections of completed components using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to ensure adherence to specified dimensions and quality standards.
Execute regular maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting procedures on machinery.
Diagnose machine malfunctions, defects, and production irregularities, ensuring timely reporting for resolution.
Record and document production activities and data in accordance with established protocols.
You will be responsible for upholding quality benchmarks, adhering to health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with both regulatory and company standards.
Drive ongoing enhancement efforts aimed at boosting productivity and operational efficiency.
Candidates must satisfy the following essential criteria to be considered for the position: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
A technical certificate, trade test, or equivalent qualification, such as an OND, is required for this position.
Candidates holding a CNBC Machining certification will be viewed favorably during the selection process.
A minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing setting is required.
