Responsibilities:
Overseeing payroll operations involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions. This role requires proficiency in payroll systems, adherence to tax regulations, and meticulous record-keeping to maintain compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include calculating gross-to-net pay, managing direct deposits, and resolving discrepancies promptly. Qualifications & Experience:
