As a Product Designer at Bushey, you will be instrumental in crafting product experiences that are highly functional, inclusive, aesthetically refined, and fully aligned with both business objectives and customer expectations.
What you will do:
Craft compelling, user-centric experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and elevate overall product excellence.
Partner with product managers and engineers to define and evolve ambiguous problem and opportunity areas.
Produce insights through direct customer engagement or by utilizing analytical tools to craft well-founded hypotheses.
Proactively contribute to the enhancement, refinement, and maintenance of our design system to ensure its ongoing evolution and effectiveness.
Operate across diverse product areas, frequently applying a product management mindset to shepherd projects from conceptualization to the delivery of functional prototypes.
Thoroughly utilize the product to uncover potential enhancements and optimizations.
Clearly articulate and justify design choices, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications:

Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams and stakeholders.

A proven track record applying artificial intelligence to enhance design processes—spanning ideation, analysis, prototyping, and code deployment to production environments.
