Fostering collaborative relationships with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the broader construction workforce is essential to the successful execution of any project.
Evaluating plans, drawings, and quantities to ensure the precision of calculations is a key responsibility of this role.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project site, this role involves supervising and coordinating the site workforce as well as managing the activities of any subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and standards.
Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of the project site to assess its condition and suitability.
Manages, oversees, and analyzes contract design documents provided by the client or architect to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
To proactively engage with clients and their designated representatives, delivering consistent and detailed progress updates to ensure transparency and alignment throughout project execution.
Securing all required permits prior to initiating any construction project is essential.
The role involves defining the project’s scope, establishing detailed timelines, and ensuring efficient coordination of site facilities to consistently meet established deadlines.
Overseeing adherence to quality control standards and health and safety protocols at the project site(s) is a critical responsibility.
Address technical challenges and other issues that emerge at project sites with prompt and effective solutions.
Reports are generated as necessary to meet company requirements.
