We are in search of a seasoned and highly proficient Civil Engineer to enhance our team with their expertise.
Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity, compliance, and overall effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams by assigning clear roles, fostering collaboration, and monitoring progress to achieve targeted outcomes. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement, mitigate risks, and drive continuous growth. Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning efforts toward shared goals. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a high standard of accountability and professionalism.
Manage civil engineering projects through their entire lifecycle, from initial planning to final completion.
Oversee construction crews while upholding stringent quality control measures to ensure compliance with established standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Offer expert technical advice and facilitate effective communication among contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and compliance.
Deliver projects punctually while adhering strictly to allocated budget constraints.
Requirements
A valid CORE (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) Certificate is required.
A minimum of a decade of post-qualification experience in civil engineering and construction projects is required.
Proven track record in leading the design, oversight, and implementation of extensive building and infrastructure projects.
Exceptional leadership abilities, proficiency in project management, and outstanding communication skills are essential.
Results-driven professional capable of meeting stringent deadlines while maintaining strict adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements.
