Oversee core responsibilities encompassing strategic planning and operational execution to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction while aligning with company policies and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve challenges, and ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Additionally, lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Proactively participate in on-site or face-to-face sales initiatives for physical goods, ensuring consistent customer interaction and territory management to drive revenue growth.
