About the Role
We seek accomplished Customer Sales Executives with a demonstrated track record in selling physical products to strengthen our high-energy team at Vita foam. The preferred candidates will prioritize revenue expansion, cultivate client connections, and provide exceptional support to transform potential clients into devoted customers.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering sustainable growth. Manage cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintaining high standards of accountability and performance. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate potential risks. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve collective objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, safeguarding organizational integrity and reputation.
Proactively conduct on-site sales activities to promote and distribute physical or tangible products directly to customers.
Explore and capitalize on emerging business prospects to drive growth and expand market presence.
Consistently nurture and expand partnerships with current clients to strengthen long-term business connections.
Consistently surpass established sales targets and key performance indicators to drive revenue growth and enhance organizational success.
Offer expert after-sales assistance and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Compile and distribute periodic sales reports on a consistent basis to management and relevant stakeholders.
We seek applicants with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are non-negotiable qualifications for this role. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and project management principles is highly desirable.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in selling physical products—such as fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, furniture, industrial supplies, or similar categories—you have developed a strong foundation in sales strategies and customer engagement.
Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal dynamics is essential.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and client-centric professional with a strong drive for achieving objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proficient knowledge of the local market landscape is required.
Proven capability to manage responsibilities autonomously while also collaborating effectively within group settings to achieve shared objectives. Excels in both self-directed tasks and cooperative environments, ensuring productivity and alignment with team goals.
