Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency. Perform comprehensive analysis of departmental performance metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, foster innovation, and ensure seamless execution of projects while adhering to established timelines and budgetary constraints. Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, outcomes, and compliance reports to uphold transparency and accountability within the organization. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and high-performance standards. Act as a liaison between senior management and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues to maintain alignment with corporate goals.

Develop and nurture strategic business alliances with prospective corporate clients, including both Chinese enterprises and domestic businesses.

Execute offline promotional initiatives such as field visits, flyer distribution, and grassroots engagement efforts.

Develop and sustain a robust client acquisition pipeline while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Collect and analyze market feedback and competitive intelligence, then communicate key insights and findings to the team to inform strategic decision-making.
