We seek an accomplished Director of Nursing to manage and coordinate all nursing functions within the facility.

A Director of Nursing must have prior experience as a registered nurse, distinguished by a strong work ethic and compassionate care. Oversee and execute key operational duties, ensuring all processes align with organizational standards and objectives. Manage a diverse range of tasks, including coordination, planning, and implementation, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, resolve challenges, and meet deadlines consistently. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices at all times.

Direct, supervise, and assess the performance of all nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.

Oversee the development and implementation of staffing protocols to ensure efficient and compliant recruitment processes. Lead the creation and maintenance of staffing plans aligned with organizational objectives, while managing the full hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent. Monitor hiring metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices throughout all staffing activities.

Establish clear objectives and long-term strategic goals for the nursing department to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and enhance overall performance.

Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures with precision to ensure seamless operations and adherence to established protocols.

Craft and implement policies designed to ensure adherence to legal requirements while maintaining superior quality standards.

Oversee financial planning and track spending to ensure adherence to allocated budgets, verifying that all expenditures remain within approved limits and align with organizational objectives.

Investigate and address any issues or deficiencies as necessary to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Oversee all documentation and filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping processes.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Upper management is to be reported to, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.

We seek candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, alongside proficiency in industry-standard software tools. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, and advanced certifications are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey complex ideas effectively. Prior leadership or project management experience is preferred.

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required; possession of a Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is considered advantageous.

Possession of a current, valid nursing license along with CPR certification is required.

Accomplished professionals with a track record of serving in the role of Director of Nursing are encouraged to apply.
