Job Summary
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and driven NYC Corps Members to become part of our dynamic Sales and Marketing team in the role of Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidates will spearhead the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, cultivate high-quality leads, and actively contribute to expanding overall sales.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, the management of cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, and the execution of performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Lead the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align business objectives, ensuring that all actions support the company’s long-term vision and strategic priorities. Additionally, identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, driving sustainable growth while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Proactively engage prospective customers to highlight and endorse the company’s product offerings.
Uncover and engage prospective clients to cultivate promising sales leads.
Provide customers with comprehensive information regarding product features, advantages, and pricing structures to facilitate informed decision-making.
Foster positive customer relationships to cultivate repeat business and enhance client loyalty.
Exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives consistently.
Evaluate customer requirements, industry developments, and competitor actions to deliver actionable insights.
Facilitate and implement promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and on-the-ground field marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Diligently document and communicate daily sales performance metrics.
Requirements
Must currently serve as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC).
Effective verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships, are essential.
Adaptability and an eagerness to develop skills within a goal-oriented workplace.
Proven capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in sales, marketing, or customer service would be beneficial.
Maintains a positive outlook, exhibits strong self-discipline, and demonstrates a steadfast commitment to professional excellence.
