What You’ll Do

Present, pitch, and finalize solar system transactions for both individual consumers and commercial enterprises.
Partner with the marketing team to implement strategic initiatives aimed at generating high-quality leads.
Solar Depot will be represented by you at field activations, trade shows, and consultations, ensuring brand visibility and engagement with potential clients and partners.

*We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee and execute a diverse range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a strong educational background in a related field, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering measurable results within strict deadlines. The role demands adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, along with advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication, is essential. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities, the ability to mentor junior staff, and a commitment to continuous professional development.*
A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
Exceptional proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to convey ideas clearly, engage audiences effectively, and secure favorable outcomes through persuasive dialogue. These skills are critical for fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and driving strategic discussions in a professional setting.
Proven track record in successfully finalizing both B2C and B2B transactions.
Proficiency in solar or renewable energy technologies is advantageous.
Skilled in leveraging customer relationship management systems and adept at monitoring and managing leads efficiently.
