Job Summary
As a Business Developer within Palm Pay’s Pay with Transfer team, you will spearhead efforts to expand the business by uncovering new opportunities, recruiting high-quality merchants, training agents and merchants, and increasing product adoption rates.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and execute a diverse range of operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining high levels of efficiency. Additional duties include coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data to identify trends, and implementing process improvements as needed. The role also requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to mentor junior staff while upholding organizational policies and procedures.
Market Research and Outreach: Pinpoint and engage essential merchants across multiple market sectors to promote PWT, merchant loans, partnerships, and digital payment solutions, utilizing an array of platforms including online directories, industry events, and referral networks.
Initiate strategic outreach to prospective clients, cultivating meaningful professional relationships and coordinating meetings or product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of adopting Palm Pay’s full range of integrated solutions.
We are seeking to perform in-depth evaluations of clients’ business operations, payment systems, and key challenges to accurately pinpoint their distinct needs and obstacles, subsequently delivering customized solutions to address them.
Palm Pay’s services are presented in engaging, tailored presentations that emphasize key features, functionalities, and ROI potential, specifically designed to meet the distinct needs of each merchant—particularly Key and High Quality merchants.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with pivotal decision-makers in client organizations by showcasing deep expertise, unwavering reliability, and prompt responsiveness.
Skilled in negotiation and deal closure, you will spearhead discussions on pricing, contractual terms, and final agreements to finalize transactions successfully while ensuring alignment with company policies and client satisfaction.
Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to resolve client inquiries, provide expert technical guidance, and facilitate the smooth deployment of selected services.
