We are responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Additionally, we develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and orientation initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Dedicated to fostering a positive work environment, you will act as an advocate for employees, facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts, overseeing disciplinary actions, and investigating employee grievances.
Performance & Talent Management: Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks aimed at fostering high performance, facilitating career advancement, and supporting succession planning initiatives.
Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, payroll administration, and compensation frameworks to effectively recruit and retain high-caliber talent.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations by maintaining compliance with all HR policies and practices.
Identify learning and development requirements, oversee employee training initiatives, and lead upskilling programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
