Leads and performs internal audit engagements, compliance monitoring, and investigative projects for SFH Group and its affiliated entities, with a strong emphasis on risk-based methodologies.
Assessing governance frameworks and internal control mechanisms, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and donor requirements.
Conduct fieldwork in alignment with established audit programs and professional standards.
Offering expert guidance and counsel to auditees as well as leadership within the SFH group and its affiliated entities.
Support the enhancement of enterprise-wide risk management and control frameworks, ensuring alignment with SFH Group’s strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Offer mentorship and direction to junior audit personnel while contributing to the implementation of key strategic assurance projects within the SFH Group.
Compile meticulous, well-supported working papers and reports that present findings, analyze root causes, evaluate risk implications, and propose actionable recommendations with clarity and precision.
Assist in compiling and submitting regular internal audit and control reports in accordance with established schedules.
Develop strong collaborative partnerships with internal teams and actively engage with process owners and entity management to uphold policies, procedures, donor requirements, and regulatory mandates.
Ensure strict confidentiality and uphold the integrity of information throughout audit evaluations, investigative tasks, and all other authorized assignments.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
Qualified candidates must hold certifications such as ICAN, ARCA, CISA, or CFE, supported by 5 to 7 years of progressively relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute audit engagements autonomously with a high degree of proficiency.
Professionals with prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or the Big 4 accounting firms will be given preference.
Individuals should possess demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough investigations and performing detailed special reviews, ensuring meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
