THESHOPTHERA LIMITED is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Manager who will lead the development of engaging content and strategically enhance our brand’s presence across multiple social media channels.
A candidate with expertise in content strategy, audience engagement, social media growth, and brand development would be well-suited for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic dissemination of material.
Develop compelling and interactive content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Twitter, Snapchat, and additional social media platforms to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Investigate emerging trends and transform them into compelling content concepts.
Craft compelling content that educates, entertains, and drives sales, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement.
Oversee the consistent publication and strategic scheduling of content on a daily basis.
Track and analyze comments, messages, and audience engagement metrics to ensure timely responses and meaningful interactions.
Develop and manage structured content libraries and digital asset repositories to ensure efficient organization and accessibility of materials.
Responsible for uploading and accurately archiving content into the organization’s designated systems.
Gather and disseminate authentic customer feedback and endorsements to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Collaborate closely with both the sales and inventory departments to present products in a compelling manner.
Monitor content performance metrics and generate detailed reports for evaluation.
Provide support in coordinating influencer partnerships and executing marketing initiatives.
Work Location: On-site at the designated office or facility.
