The Role
The Analytics Head is responsible for overseeing MSI Nigeria’s data analytics and reporting operations, guaranteeing the delivery of high-caliber, prompt, and actionable insights to program, clinical, and organizational leadership.

Data Privacy Governance involves establishing, maintaining, and enforcing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and safeguard sensitive information. This role requires a deep understanding of privacy frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global regulations, along with expertise in risk assessment, audit readiness, and incident response. Responsibilities include developing and implementing privacy policies, conducting data protection impact assessments, managing consent mechanisms, and overseeing cross-border data transfers. Conducting Privacy Impact Assessments involves evaluating systems, processes, or projects to identify potential risks to personal data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. This role requires a thorough analysis of data flows, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation strategies to protect individual privacy. With a minimum of seven years of professional experience in data analysis, management information systems (MIS), or business intelligence, including at least three years in a leadership or senior-level position, you will bring proven expertise to this role.
