THESHOPTHERA LIMITED is in search of a highly creative, detail-oriented, and results-focused Content & Social Media Manager to lead content development and manage the brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental heads to facilitate seamless communication and decision-making. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements while maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Develop and implement monthly content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic publication of material.
Develop compelling and captivating content tailored specifically for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Twitter, Snapchat, and other leading social media platforms.
Investigate emerging trends and transform them into compelling content concepts.
Develop engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content designed to educate, entertain, and drive sales.
Oversee the daily dissemination and scheduling of content to ensure timely publication and engagement.
Track and analyze comments, messages, and audience interactions to measure engagement levels effectively.
Curate and manage content libraries and digital assets to ensure organization and accessibility.
Responsible for uploading and systematically archiving content in the company’s designated systems to ensure organized and accessible data storage.
Gather and disseminate authentic customer reviews and testimonials to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and inventory teams to highlight product features and benefits in a compelling manner.
Monitor content effectiveness and generate insightful performance reports.
Support influencer partnerships and execute marketing initiatives as part of coordinated campaigns.
