Ensure that all products, services, SKUs, and digital catalogs are accurately configured, maintained, and enhanced across every e-commerce platform.

Monitor platform performance, site availability, and the checkout process while ensuring a seamless user experience, identifying and escalating any issues immediately to facilitate swift resolution.

Collaborate with IT teams, external vendors, and third-party partners to address and resolve issues pertaining to platform or infrastructure functionality.

Order fulfillment and inventory coordination entail overseeing the end-to-end process of receiving, processing, packing, and delivering customer orders while ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand efficiently. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management systems to track stock movements, reconcile discrepancies, and prevent shortages or excess inventory. Key responsibilities include managing order accuracy, coordinating with suppliers for timely restocking, and implementing strategies to streamline fulfillment operations. Candidates must demonstrate analytical abilities to forecast demand, mitigate supply chain risks, and uphold stringent quality control standards throughout the fulfillment lifecycle.

Ensure comprehensive management of order processing from start to finish, including fulfillment, returns, and cancellations, while consistently meeting established service level timelines.

Collaborate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and store teams to achieve the most efficient inventory distribution for e-commerce operations.

Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stock shortages, analyze turnover rates, and coordinate restocking schedules to maintain optimal product availability.

Efficiently oversee and minimize product returns, delivery delays, and fulfillment inaccuracies to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
