We are in search of a seasoned Inventory Control Analyst III to spearhead inventory planning, optimize stock levels, and oversee inventory control operations, all while guaranteeing product availability, enhancing operational efficiency, and maintaining data integrity.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical tasks, including the management and execution of [specific responsibilities], alongside the development and implementation of [relevant processes or strategies]. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals, while maintaining rigorous adherence to established policies and procedures. Plan and oversee the organization of shipment schedules while managing inventory levels to ensure optimal efficiency in logistics operations.

Conduct inventory reconciliations, execute cycle counts, and assess asset valuations to maintain accurate financial records and operational efficiency.

Compile and analyze inventory reports as well as performance metrics to ensure accuracy and provide actionable insights. Review these reports regularly to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement, and present findings to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems by implementing validation protocols and monitoring data entry processes.

Offer tailored guidance, training, and assistance to team members whenever necessary to ensure their professional development and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Seasoned professionals with a robust background in inventory control, supply chain operations, or materials management are encouraged to apply.

Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and complex spreadsheet management, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong command of Excel features such as pivot tables, LOOKUP, macros, and advanced charting capabilities.

Experienced professionals with extensive hands-on involvement in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are sought after.

Exceptional proficiency in analysis, organization, and problem resolution is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in evaluating complex information, maintaining structured workflows, and identifying innovative solutions to challenges.

Capable of performing tasks autonomously with minimal oversight, demonstrating self-directed work habits and strong personal accountability.

Proven leadership in driving projects, mentoring teams, or overseeing inventory management processes is highly beneficial.
