Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and team performance. Lead cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and communication among diverse stakeholders. Monitor progress, analyze key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while upholding the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, resolving issues and facilitating seamless operations.

Develop and maintain strategic business alliances with prospective corporate clients, encompassing both Chinese enterprises and local businesses.

Perform follow-up engagements with clients, engage in strategic negotiations, and finalize contractual agreements.

Execute offline promotional initiatives, such as conducting field visits, distributing marketing materials, and engaging in direct community outreach efforts.

Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of prospective clients, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Gather and convey market feedback along with competitor insights to the team for analysis and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

With a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in Business Development or Sales, preferably within a B2B context, candidates should meet this requirement to be considered for the position.

Exceptional proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions is essential, along with the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
