Assist with the compilation of payroll data and the monitoring of expense records.
Track the movement of funds in and out of the organization to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and compliance with established procedures.
Compile weekly and monthly financial statements to ensure accurate and timely financial data presentation.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of account balances by cross-referencing transactions and identifying discrepancies.
Assist in managing and monitoring inventory levels, as well as overseeing operational expense tracking, to ensure accurate financial records and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to established internal financial controls and organizational policies.

Requirements
Holds an HND or Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, complemented by at least two to three years of hands-on accounting experience.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other accounting-related tools and software platforms.
Possesses a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring precision and correctness in all aspects of work. Demonstrates a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality through thorough and careful execution.
Proficient in analytical thinking and structured organization, with a keen ability to process complex information efficiently and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
