You must maintain active registration with the appropriate professional bodies as required by your jurisdiction.
Proficient in using computers and related technology with a high degree of competence.
Proficiency in hospital management software is highly desirable.
Job Description:
Greet and efficiently manage the arrival and flow of patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Develop and oversee patient records in both physical and electronic formats, maintaining strict adherence to accuracy and confidentiality standards.
Efficiently manage and organize patient appointments, referrals, and subsequent follow-up visits to ensure seamless scheduling and continuity of care.
Promptly obtain and organize medical records to facilitate clinical and administrative processes.
Ensure adherence to all patient data privacy regulations and hospital documentation standards.
Compile and file regular reports detailing patient statistics, admissions data, and records activity.
Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, patients, and other departments to ensure seamless information exchange.
