Job Objective:
The Executive Secretary will deliver comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Executive Management Team, overseeing schedules, correspondence, travel arrangements, and strategic documentation while acting as the primary liaison between the Executive Office and both internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, upholding strict confidentiality, and ensuring the timely completion of executive priorities.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or an equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is an essential requirement.
Professional certification in Administrative Management, Secretarial Studies, or Executive Assistance is highly beneficial.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer capacity is required.
Highly preferred is prior experience providing administrative or operational support to senior executives or members of the C-suite.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in office administration and executive support responsibilities.
