Description
To achieve the sales and marketing objectives established by both the team lead and Company Management.
Prepare and distribute Sales Performance reports to the Management team, encompassing data from all branches and regions.
Head sales meetings, develop, oversee, and assess performance management tools and reports ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
Oversee and coordinate the performance of subcontractors within your designated area of accountability to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Deliver outstanding customer service by attending to clients and resolving complex inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Investigating and promptly escalating any discrepancies or operational issues to senior leadership for resolution.
Under the supervision of predefined protocols, specifically those pertaining to company brands and policies.
Our role involves identifying sales opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets to drive revenue growth. This includes analyzing market trends, evaluating customer needs, and leveraging existing relationships to uncover potential leads. By aligning sales strategies with organizational goals, we aim to maximize conversion opportunities while expanding our customer base.
To strengthen the company’s online presence, enhance internet and social media strategies, driving greater visibility and engagement within the digital marketplace.

Essential:
Proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle and possession of a valid Nigerian driver’s license are considered advantageous.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
With a minimum of three years of proven sales expertise—documented by professional references—you bring a wealth of experience to this role.
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in persuasive communication, market research methodologies, and data entry tasks, including intermediate-level expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, strong reporting capabilities and administrative writing skills are essential requirements for this position.
