Ensure the accumulation and retention of core deposit balances within the institution.

Assess customers’ credit eligibility through the thorough review and processing of loan applications and accompanying documentation.

Deliver personalized financial solutions in the form of retail savings products tailored to meet individual customer needs while driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives targeting both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

Prospect and cultivate sales opportunities while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue projections.

Your role involves promoting and offering additional financial services and products to existing clients to enhance their banking experience. This includes identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions, such as loans, insurance, or investment options, to maximize satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Consistently meet or exceed designated sales revenue goals within the specified deadlines.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product details and service advantages while guaranteeing efficient resolution of complaints.

Build and sustain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

You should have:

Earned a degree from an accredited institution of higher education.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on sales experience within the fintech sector, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving revenue and fostering client relationships in this dynamic industry.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a strong command of their features and functionalities.

The candidate must demonstrate strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Demonstrates a strong command of credit procedures and an in-depth knowledge of related products.

Demonstrates exceptional ability in cultivating and sustaining strong, mutually beneficial professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

A seasoned professional in financial sales, possessing extensive expertise in the field.
