Seeking a candidate with a strong academic background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in software development or systems administration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required, along with familiarity with database management systems like SQL or NoSQL. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. A proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth are highly desired.
A relevant field such as Marketing or Business Administration, alongside a B.Sc. Degree or HND qualification, is required.
A minimum of one year of professional experience in marketing is required.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and interpersonal interactions is essential for this role.
Demonstrated skill in cultivating and sustaining long-term partnerships with clients.
A strong preference for proactive individuals who exhibit a drive for results-driven outcomes.
Coordinates scheduling to ensure consistent coverage during all operational hours. Develops employee work schedules in alignment with business needs, labor laws, and staff availability. Manages shift assignments, accommodates time-off requests, and adjusts schedules as necessary to maintain productivity and compliance.
Monday through Friday, the position requires a schedule spanning from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
Saturdays are required from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for individuals whose weekly assignments remain unfinished.
