We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Manager to join Noémie Limited’s team. In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative and clerical duties are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee and execute critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving performance improvements. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all office functions, ensuring that supplies, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and organized.
Ensure strict compliance with all established office policies and procedures while fostering a secure and protected work environment.
Provide leadership and assistance to administrative personnel, offering direction and training where necessary to ensure optimal performance and development.
Organizes and maintains office operations and procedures, overseeing tasks such as managing correspondence, implementing filing systems, coordinating supply requisitions, and providing comprehensive clerical support.
Establishes and enforces office policies, defining clear standards and procedures to maintain compliance throughout operations.
Responsible for overseeing records management processes, from retention and protection to retrieval and disposal, while ensuring all office equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Oversees external partners, including cleaning staff and technical specialists, to guarantee prompt and superior service delivery.
Works collaboratively on forecasting initiatives while providing support for payment processing and conducting credit evaluations.
Reviews and analyzes reports to extract key insights, distills complex information into concise summaries, and identifies emerging trends to facilitate informed decision-making. Additionally, the role ensures management remains updated on critical developments through timely and relevant communication.
Compiles and oversees yearly financial plans, allocates expenditures, evaluates discrepancies, and implements corrective measures to ensure fiscal alignment.
Supports the maintenance and management of office IT infrastructure, encompassing networking, data storage, internet connectivity, as well as the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.
Establishes access cards and computer systems for newly hired personnel to facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
Provides support for recruitment initiatives, employee onboarding processes, and technical training programs.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least three years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Prior experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and a solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL, are additional prerequisites.
Demonstrated success in a prior position such as Office Manager or an equivalent capacity is essential.
Demonstrates strong proficiency in managing projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a high degree of interpersonal proficiency, are essential.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, encompassing applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
