Delano is currently seeking to fill four positions for Regional Sales Representatives, tasked with spearheading direct sales of fresh habanero and bell peppers within strategic Nigerian markets. These representatives will be assigned a dedicated territory and serve as Aldelano’s principal commercial representative in the field, overseeing sales implementation and providing accurate, real-time validation of market pricing.

This position blends on-site B2B sales engagements, strategic account expansion, and market intelligence collection for time-sensitive agricultural products, which typically have a shelf life of just 5 to 10 days.

To fulfill this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and driving strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.
