We are recruiting a high-performing Account Manager for our Port Harcourt office to spearhead business development and expand our market presence through the cultivation of key customer relationships and strategic engagement with stakeholders, OEMs, technology partners, and enterprise clients across the region. The successful candidate will oversee the management and growth of existing accounts, pursue new business opportunities, and consistently meet revenue and profitability objectives by effectively promoting Array’s ICT solutions and services.

Oversee a comprehensive array of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and foster innovation while ensuring adherence to established policies and industry standards. Develop and implement robust performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and individual contributions, providing actionable feedback to support continuous improvement. Serve as a pivotal point of contact for stakeholders, resolving escalated issues and aligning departmental goals with broader company vision. Maintain meticulous documentation of processes, outcomes, and compliance requirements to uphold transparency and accountability. Manage resource allocation, budget oversight, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize efficiency and sustainability. Champion a culture of accountability, professional development, and ethical conduct to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Facilitate sustainable business expansion and meet predetermined revenue, profitability, and market penetration objectives across the Eastern Region.

Develop, nurture, and expand strategic partnerships with current customers while proactively seeking and securing new business opportunities.

Utilize established connections and networks in the region to connect with pivotal decision-makers, influencers, governmental bodies, private sector entities, and industry stakeholders.

Demonstrate, advance, and secure new business opportunities for Array’s ICT solutions and services within the Oil & Gas industry.

Craft and implement strategic account plans aimed at enhancing customer retention, driving account growth, expanding product/service offerings, and increasing sales through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Develop and nurture robust partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), technology providers, distributors, and key strategic collaborators to foster collaborative business ventures and enhance customer interactions.

Perform comprehensive evaluations of customer requirements and work in tandem with Presales and Technical teams to design and recommend tailored technology solutions.

Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging in prospecting, cultivating professional networks, leveraging referrals, and executing strategic business development initiatives.

Conduct high-level negotiations encompassing commercial discussions, proposal presentations, contract finalization, and the closure of business opportunities.

Collaborate effectively with Presales, Services, Projects, and Operations teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

Analyze regional market trends, competitive movements, and advancements in technology to uncover strategic opportunities that drive business expansion in the designated area.

Prepare precise sales forecasts, provide up-to-date pipeline analyses, conduct thorough account reviews, and deliver comprehensive market intelligence reports to the Sales Director.

Deliver timely solutions to customer inquiries while consistently sustaining elevated levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience with databases, APIs, and version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are required. Candidates must possess excellent communication abilities to convey technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud services is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a comparable client-facing position within the ICT, Telecommunications, Technology Solutions, or System Integration sectors, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing sales and revenue objectives, demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.

Established connections with critical stakeholders, OEMs, technology collaborators, and enterprise clients across the Eastern Region are essential.

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of the local business environment and the intricate dynamics of the customer ecosystem.

Accomplished in cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships, negotiating effectively, delivering compelling presentations, and engaging stakeholders strategically.

Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms effectively.

Results-driven professional with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and a proven ability to operate autonomously while fulfilling business goals.

Extensive travel throughout the Eastern Region is required, as determined by operational needs.
