Established in 2008 as Business Connection ICT Services NIG Ltd, a subsidiary of Business Connection PTY (BCX)—a South African-based ICT firm with extensive operations across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange—Array is a premier global systems integrator and managed services provider. Following BCX’s strategic decision in 2018 to divest its non-Southern African assets, the company’s local leadership, alongside a group of investors, completed a management buyout, restructured its governance with a new Board of Directors, and rebranded as Array in 2019.
